2 - Design Your Dream Hat
During your one-on-one virtual session, we'll guide you through selecting:
Hat style (Vegan Suede, Australian wool, Straw, and more)
- Colors and materials
- Embellishments (ribbons, feathers, charms, dried flowers, unique additions)
- Special branding or personalization
3 - We Create & Ship Your Hat
After finalizing your custom design, we'll handcraft your hat with care, attention, and love, then ship it directly to your door—anywhere in the U.S.!
Pricing - Estimate
- Hats: $50–$200
- Embellishments: $5–$50
- Design Fee: $25 per person
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location

• Full Refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment.
• Store Credit for cancellations within 48 hours.
• No Refunds for no-shows without notice.

VIRTUAL HAT BAR FAQs
Our Virtual Hat Bar is a personalized one-on-one experience designed for clients who are out of state or unable to visit us in person.
You’ll reserve your Virtual Hat Bar appointment online and select a date and time that works best for you. Once booked, we’ll send a short inquiry form to gather details like your preferred hat style, size, and color so everything is prepared ahead of time.
During your private Zoom session, we’ll walk you through:
• Selecting your hat
• Choosing embellishments
• Designing your custom piece together
Once your design is complete, we carefully package and ship your custom hat directly to you.
This depends on when you need your hat.
If your hat is for a special occasion such as a concert, festival, wedding, or trip, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance to allow time for designing and shipping.
If you’re creating a hat just because, we can often design and ship shortly after your virtual session.
Your virtual appointment is secured with a $25 design reservation when booking online.
This design reservation:
• Secures your one-on-one appointment
• Covers your custom design session
• Goes toward your virtual hat bar experience
Because each virtual hat is custom created, all virtual bookings are non-refundable.
Before your appointment, we’ll send a short form asking for:
• Hat style preference
• Size
• Color options
• Overall vibe
This allows us to have the best options ready for you during your virtual design session.
Once your design is finalized during your Zoom session, your custom hat will be completed and shipped directly to you.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on customization and location, but we always aim to get your hat out as quickly as possible.
Because each virtual hat is custom designed and created specifically for you, virtual hat bar bookings are non-refundable.
