Hat burning is a custom design experience where artwork is hand-burned directly onto your hat using a heated design tool. This is a hands on hat burning booking.

We guide you through the entire process. Your artwork or selected design is prepared in advance as a stencil and applied to your hat. From there, you’ll trace along the stencil using the hat-burning tool to create your custom design.

Our team is right there with you, assisting as needed and making sure your finished piece looks beautiful and one-of-a-kind.

Hat burning is currently ONLY on our Vegan Suede Hats:
• Cowboy Cattleman hats
• Flat Brim Rancher hats
• Trucker hats

All materials are provided by Dani California to ensure the best quality and finish.

You have a few options when booking your hat burning experience.

You can:
• Choose from our curated collection of pre-designed templates
• Submit inspiration or a vision you’d like created
• Request something personalized (initials, words, symbols, etc.)

If you’d like something custom, we’ll send a short inquiry form ahead of time so we can prepare your design before your appointment.

Hat burning appointments are secured with a $35 design reservation.

This design reservation covers:
• Your dedicated appointment time
• Design preparation and artwork planning
• Hands on Custom burning experience

If you’d like our team to fully design and burn the hat for you (instead of DIY tracing), that appointment is secured with a $45 design reservation.

Hats and additional embellishments are selected separately during your visit.

DIY Hat Burning:
We prepare your stencil and guide you step-by-step as you trace and burn your design yourself. This is a fun, hands-on creative experience and we are there to assist the entire time.

Full-Service Hat Burning: Prefer we do it for you? Our team can design and burn the hat on your behalf. This option uses the $45 design reservation.

Absolutely.
After your design is burned, you can add embellishments just like our hat bar experience.

Options may include:
• Feathers
• Ribbons and bands
• Pins and charms
• Cursive writing
• Additional custom details

This allows you to fully personalize your finished piece.

Most hat burning appointments take 20 minutes to about one hour depending on the detail of the design and any embellishments added.

You’re welcome to take your time and enjoy the process.

If coming with a group, we recommend booking in advance so we can reserve enough design time for everyone.

Groups may also combine hat burning with a full hat bar experience.
